RacingLine Boost Pipe Hoses – Pressure hoses – Audi RS3 8V Facelift + RS3 8Y + TTRS 8S

The RacingLine 2.5 TFSI Boost Pipe Kit for Audi RS3 8V.2 8Y and TTRS 8S is a five piece kit to replace the factory soft flexible rubber pipes with nice reinforced silicone and aluminum replacement versions. The kit is a direct OEM replacement; simply remove the factory hoses and replace them with the five upgraded pipes.

The aluminum boost pipe has an OD of 70mm as opposed to the 63mm OD of the factory plastic boost pipe. This allows the diameter of the intercooler to be maintained all the way to the throttle body. The aluminum boost pipe also eliminates the space for the factory wiring harness, which maintains smooth laminar flow. The Intercooler Outlook hose has two bends and a stainless steel band, allowing for engine movement without hose collapse.

The stepped internal connection transitions ensure laminar airflow, which significantly reduces turbulence compared to other non-stepped designs. Of course, the RacingLine hoses are pressure tested far beyond the turbo’s capabilities, ensuring that the system continues to perform well even at extreme temperatures and high RPMs. By minimizing these limitations, the smoother airflow and optimized hose routing ensure that the turbo encounters less resistance and can therefore perform more effectively – by moving more air volume and minimizing turbulence.

Made of high quality reinforced silicone, which guarantees high rigidity to prevent deformation under high pressure or heat loads. The fluorosilicone inner surface is resistant to oil and fuel permeation and offers additional protection against wear. A great upgrade for any remapped 2.5 TFSI with a higher boost than stock.
